Our global mission is a world without any exclusion where justice and peace, health, human dignity, freedom,

and environmental preservation are promoted and sustainably supported through the leadership of the men

and women of this institution and the constant pursuit of an equitable, tolerant, and supportive society by

putting its action at the service of people and children in misery.

# Our vision

is global, to develop the leadership and collective power of men, women, and young people worldwide to

ensure justice, peace, human dignity, freedom, and a sustainable environment for people and is committed to

promoting balance, welcoming everyone with respect and dignity without distinction of religion, nationality, and

status throughout their life journey. Accompany people, children, orphans, young people, pregnant women, and

widows in economic and social poverty and solve their difficulties with a vision to restore their economy.

Foreword

Adopting a strategic plan is always a crucial moment in the life of an organization, and this one is particularly

important as it coincides with the second anniversary of SDL for improving the living conditions of vulnerable

children in the COUNTRY and the civil and political rights of the nation. The idea behind the creation of the

NGO SDL SCHUR was to strengthen the role of civil society in implementing agreements with the state and

national and international organizations related to the rights of the nation. By defending children's rights and

ensuring the improvement of the lives of children and vulnerable people in the socio-educational and economic

framework.

The commitment at the national level to ensure effective monitoring of the living conditions of children and

vulnerable people. This is to ensure that the recommendations of the SCHUR committee are genuinely taken

into account by national authorities. Thus,SDL SCHUR will organize follow-up visits at the national level,

inviting many members of the SDL SCHUR committee to continue the dialogue with the authorities. Finally, the

conviction is the need to engage in long-term changes in the daily lives of vulnerable people to improve their

miserable living conditions for decades.

Engagement with human rights defenders, particularly social well-being, will continue to be at the heart of

S.D.L-CHUR action in the coming years. Our long-term support must allow for a comprehensive approach to

working in favor of protecting children's rights to bring about an improvement in the vital conditions of children

and vulnerable people. In collaboration with the state, civil society, and other private institutions, etc.

# National authorities

Nothing can be achieved without national authorities, as they have the primary responsibility to ensure a good

living condition for people and children in misery. That is why we will work in collaboration with the state as the

primary authorities in the country. Our ambition is to develop our expertise in supporting states by proposing

sustainable development projects in several areas and in collaboration with other private and public institutions

to reduce the miserable situation of children and people and invest in several development areas.

notably the state and other private institutions. This is to enable them to fully exercise their work and respond

vulnerable people are facing worldwide

Our strategic plan aims to contribute to the achievement of several sustainable development goals (SDGs),

particularly the following points:

Goal 5: Achieve gender equality by empowering women and girls.

Goal 16: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development to improve the living conditions

of children and people in misery.

Goal 17: Strengthen the means to implement the Global Partnership for Development and revitalize and

promote the social inclusion of children and people in misery.

Strengthen and support the efforts of civil society for personal development by accompanying in the socio-

educational and economic field.

NGO SCHUR's fundamental mandate is to contribute to the economic and social development of children and

people in distress for decades. Fight for children's rights, fight against child violence, sexual violence, child

poverty, juvenile delinquency, premature pregnancy, increase economic autonomy and social integration of

children and people victims of exclusion, and strengthen support for food security.

Increase the capacity of civil society to provide quality information and professional training, facilitate people to

become the authors of their own development in several areas.

Facilitate direct maintenance of the population and their integration into society, facilitate the schooling of street

children, facilitate housing for homeless people, pregnant women, and the elderly to find medical care.

Develop a more vigorous use of sustainable development mechanisms.

SCHUR will continue to support the country's authorities and collaborate with other private institutions to invest

in education and national production.

Consultation with authorities for monitoring priority cases

1. Organize national meetings and draft joint reports on key issues highlighting the causes of socio-educational

and economic crises.

2. Contribute to research to better support children and people in misery.

3. Maintain and optimize the online registration system for population participation and set up recruitment

offices in several departments.

4. Facilitate the participation and integration of people into society.

5. Coordinate the participation of society.

6. Promote follow-up activities by authorities, including the establishment of follow-up reports and the

development of action plans or roadmaps for systematic and long-term engagement.

7. Produce and submit reports or summary notes for follow-up reviews to see what measures we should adopt

for satisfactory and positive results.

Example of achievement:

In 2020, we conducted visits to the general hospital for medical care and distributed food kits to vulnerable

people in Haiti. Provided school supplies to vulnerable children.

Strategic objective 2

Increase ratification and strengthen the implementation of socio-educational and economic change

mechanisms.

NGO SCHUR will contribute to promoting dialogue between state actors and other members of civil society to

achieve sustainable development in the country.

Meeting with the Ministry of Planning and the Ministry of Social Affairs to examine the implementation of the

development mechanism to help vulnerable people for a total improvement of living conditions in the country.

1. Initiate and continue our long-term commitments by focusing on priority cases.

2. Produce an overview and analysis of the recommendations of the authorities and the corresponding follow-

up evaluation of the examined cases.

3. Produce awareness materials (videos, posters, and translation of recommendations into several languages).
